Marco Reyes and Dani Park met in culinary school united by a shared reverence for cooking over open flame. After years in celebrated kitchens, they envisioned a restaurant where wood-fired tradition met modern refinement.
In 2019, they discovered a sun-drenched townhouse in the West Village — tall windows, warm limestone, and space for a proper hearth. Aurelia was born.
Today, Aurelia is a destination for those who appreciate understated elegance — seasonal flavors, gracious service, and a dining room that glows with warmth and light.
